Cold Saw Cutting

Our cutting services have developed with the need for urgent delivery times combined with accuracy and reliability. With a well maintained selection of bandsaws we cater for single or multiple pieces with the option of programmable automatic cutting. Our capacity ranges from 10 mm diameter to block cutting 1000 mm high x 3500 mm wide x 4000 mm long with a maximum piece weight of 25,000 kg.

Machining

Our in house machining department can save your company valuable time and money by providing your tool steel blocks fully machined to size. Whether you require pieces machined on 2, 4 or 6 sides we can assist. Our maximum piece weight is 5000 kg. We also offer edge chamfering plus drilling and tapping lifting holes for your bolsters, back plates or die inserts.

Grinding

Let us supply your tool steel plates and blocks ground top and bottom utilizing our Lumsden Wash Grinder. With a 1500 mm diameter table the maximum grinding area is approximately 1050 x 1050 x 175 mm. Ask for a quote on your next job.
